REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please review the information below prior to purchasing your FitDNARX kit. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of our Terms of Service . This therefore also confirms your acknowledgment that our policies below apply to your order. So be certain you understand them before placing your order.
FitDNARX services are used to process orders for genetic testing online. Once test kits are mailed in and processed, results along with recommendations based upon your genetics. Which will be available via our secure customer portal.
If you need to cancel your order
We offer a 24hr cancellation policy. If you change your mind about purchasing our service and cancel within 24hrs before we initiate fulfillment of your order, the charge will be avoided. Moreover cancellation option is only available for 24 hours after you place your order from the day and time per the order confirmation page. - If your kit has already been shipped to you (usually within 24 hours of placing your order) and you return the kit to FitDNARX unopened. Then we will refund the balance of the total purchase price less $20 for shipping and restocking costs.
- If you have received and opened your kit but have not yet registered the kit online and no longer wish to proceed. We will refund the balance of the total purchase price less $20 for shipping and restocking costs.
There will be no refunds, once you have sent in your kit and your personalized DNA report has been generated,
Any refunds under this policy will be issue to the same credit card(s) used for the purchase and will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation by our customer support team
Shipping & Delivery
All kits will ship out within 24 hours of your online order via regular postal service. The sample will process in 10-14 days on receipt and results will be available in your secure portal and a notification will be sent by email.
Lost or Damaged Kits
However if your kit is lost or damaged, please contact customer support at email@example.com and we will send out a new kit free of cost. our satisfaction is very important to us!
